What is DTF printing?
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing transfers vivid, full-color designs onto fabric using a specialized film and hot peel adhesive. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, and more — no weeding or masking required.
How do I order a custom gang sheet?
Choose from three ways to get your gang sheet: use the Auto Gang Sheet Builder to have your designs automatically laid out for maximum print efficiency, use Build Your Gang Sheet to manually arrange and size each design yourself, or Upload Your Gang Sheet if you already have a print-ready file.
What file format should my artwork be?
We recommend PNG or PDF files with a transparent background, sized exactly as you want them printed, at 300 DPI. If submitting a PDF, convert fonts to outlines or embed them. Artwork submitted at low resolution will print at the quality provided.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days.
What sizes are available?
Gang sheets are available at 22" wide, in lengths from 12" up to 200" — anywhere from a single small design to a full sheet of multiple designs.
How do I apply my DTF transfer?
Heat press at 260–270°F with medium to firm pressure for 10–15 seconds, then hot peel the film immediately. For an ultra-soft finish, cover the design with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and repress for 3–5 seconds.
What fabrics work with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers adhere to cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, and more.
Will the printed colors match exactly what I see on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly from screen to final print due to monitor calibration, but we use commercial-grade equipment to keep colors vibrant and consistent order to order.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Pricing is already structured by sheet length, so larger gang sheets cost less per square inch than ordering multiple small ones. If you're a print shop, apparel brand, or business ordering regularly, contact us about wholesale account pricing.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because gang sheets and transfers are custom printed to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has started. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.
Can I request a rush order?
Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days. If you need your order faster, contact us before placing it to check rush availability — additional fees may apply.
